What is HAPPINESS?

True happiness lasts forever. It's like love. We already have it in us, each of you could already be happy and by that I don't mean the normal luck that you all know, like to get a good parking space or to find money on the street, but I mean a feeling that brings so many positive things into your life that you could only laugh and cry and dance and jump and scream and cheer all the time. It is an indescribable feeling of freedom and consciousness that there are no limits and you can achieve everything, and by that I mean EVERYTHING that you have always dreamed of. If you have found true happiness in your heart, then it stays there and I can assure you that it will never disappear there again.We always say to ourselves that our life will be better once we are married, have a baby, then another one. Then we are frustrated because our children are so young and needy. And we tell ourselves that everything will be all right once they are bigger. Then we are frustrated because they are in puberty and we have to get along with them. I'm sure we'll be happier once they get out of that age. We tell ourselves that our life gets better when our life partner does his part right, when we have a nicer car, when we have holidays, when we can finally retire. Again and again we think that life begins soon. The real life. But there is always some obstacle on the way, always some kind of test to pass, some work to be done, some bill to be paid, but then life would begin.

I finally came to the realization that these "obstacles" are life. The truth is, there is no better time to be happy than now.
If not, when? There will always be challenges in our lives. That's why we're here! It is better to decide to be happy now. This approach helped me to see that there is no way to be happy, because happiness IS the way.
So, enjoy the moment. Stop waiting for the holidays to start, for the chool to start again, for you to earn your own money, for you to get married, for you to lose ten pounds, to increase ten pounds, on Friday evening, on Sunday morning, on a new car, that will pay off your credit, on spring, summer, autumn, winter, on the first day of the month. or 15th of the month that they play your song on the radio, that you die, that you get reborn before you decide to be happy.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
There is no better time to be happy than NOW! And it's always NOW. So live and enjoy every moment.
